[Verse 1] This is the day the Lord has made I'll rise up singing I'm unafraid With arms wide open I greet the sky Through every shadow His light will shine [Chorus] Rejoice rejoice lift your voice high The heavens shout and so do I This holy moment we celebrate This is the day the Lord has made [Verse 2] Once rejected now the cornerstone Through trials faced we're never alone From dawn to dusk my heart will say His love endures it paves the way [Chorus] Rejoice rejoice lift your voice high The heavens shout and so do I This holy moment we celebrate This is the day the Lord has made [Bridge] Doors wide open gates swing free Blessed is the one who brings peace to me With shouts of joy we’ll march through the fire His grace lifts all of our souls higher [Verse 3] Chains they crumble like grains of sand We walk together hand in hand The song of victory loud it plays This is the rhythm of holy praise
