Verse 1 On the shores of Crete the message rang, "Stand up strong, don't drift away." Raise up shepherds, faithful and true, To lead God's people in all they do. Holding fast to heaven's Word, Silencing every twisted word. Truth stands firm when storms arise, Christ alone our hope, our prize. Pre-Chorus When the world keeps pulling us astray, Your truth will light the narrow way. Chorus It's grace that changes me, Grace that sets my spirit free. Not by works that I have done, But by the blood of God's own Son. We're called to shine, called to believe, Living out what we receive. Faith that grows for all to see— Grace that changes me. Verse 2 Older saints, your wisdom leads, Planting hope like faithful seeds. Teach the young to walk in love, Keeping eyes on Christ above. Young men, stand with steadfast hearts, Strong in truth from the very start. Every life, in every place, Reflects the beauty of His grace. Pre-Chorus As we wait for our coming King, Hope becomes the song we sing. Chorus It's grace that changes me, Grace that sets my spirit free. Not by works that I have done, But by the blood of God's own Son. We're called to shine, called to believe, Living out what we receive. Faith that grows for all to see— Grace that changes me. Bridge He saved us by His mercy's flow, Washed us whiter than the snow. By the Spirit we are made new, Every promise strong and true. Do what's good, let kindness grow, Show His love wherever you go. Hold to truth, don't lose your way; Jesus is enough each day. Final Chorus It's grace that changes me, Grace for all eternity. Built on truth that never fades, Standing firm through every age. We'll live with hope until He comes, Lifting high the Risen One. Every heart His victory sees— Amazing grace that changes me. Outro Lead us, Lord, in truth and love, Till we see Your face above. Faithful servants, hearts set free, Living for eternity.
