They taught me what to read… but not how to see. Pages full of words, but the truth stayed free. Our education prevents us from learning keeps the spirit quiet while the mind keeps turning. Jesus said it straight: “Except ye become as children,” you can’t step into the kingdom, can’t see what He’s building. (Matthew 18:3) And again He said the truth ain’t shown to the wise it’s revealed unto babes with the wonder in their eyes. (Matthew 11:25) Why you can’t understand His speech? He told you why “Because ye cannot hear My word,” no matter how you try. (John 8:43) Traditions make the Word powerless, that’s what He warned. (Mark 7:13) You can study all your life and still totally miss the form. You gotta unlearn just to see what’s real. Truth hits harder when the heart can feel. Kingdom ain’t hiding the doctrines blind, You need a childlike heart and an uncluttered mind. “The natural man receiveth not” that’s the line Paul gave. (1 Cor. 2:14) That mind-made logic keeps the spirit in a cage. What eye ain’t seen and what ear ain’t heard, God reveals by His Spirit not by the learned word. (1 Cor. 2:9–10) So I lay down pride, lay down knowledge and fear. Let the child in me rise now the truth comes clear. Unlearn the noise, unlearn the lies, Step out the world’s wisdom see through God’s eyes. You gotta unlearn just to see what’s real. Lose the weight of what they taught you to feel. Kingdom ain’t hiding you just gotta be A child again… and truth sets you free. They said knowledge is power… but Spirit is sight. And only the child within can see the light.
