The Joy of Jerusalem

[Verse] The wall stands tall our work is done Under the sky beneath the sun Hands united hearts in cheer Our city thrives with promise clear [Chorus] Rejoice rejoice our sound will soar Through gates and streets forevermore The joy of hearts the city's call Jerusalem stands strong for all [Verse 2] Trumpets blare the cymbals sing The echo of a mighty ring Voices rise in holy praise Through every stone the anthem stays [Bridge] From ashes risen now complete Our labor’s end and victory sweet Dedication fills the air A legacy of love and prayer [Chorus] Rejoice rejoice our sound will soar Through gates and streets forevermore The joy of hearts the city's call Jerusalem stands strong for all [Outro] The walls endure the hearts remain Through worship’s voice we stake our claim Obedience carved in every stone Jerusalem our sacred home
