🔖 Spark Challenge "Hype" participating song writer's note: Rasmus Faber is a leading figure in Swedish and European Latin house, and he's well-known in Japan, but I used as inspiration for this project was "Physics," a Latin and jazz house group also based in Sweden (Deep House, to be precise). They are also duo (like a me and Dovah lol) I had almost no luck finding their tracks in Japan, but thanks to Spotify is a Swedish music streaming service, I was able to find track of "Physics." In fact, our track this time was once again completed in one take. To be honest, I was amazed at Dovah and Suno's talent; the original version of this song had strings layered on top for progressive rock, and if with a good ear will be able to understand it, it has an extremely difficult chord progression, and we paired it with Latin house rhythms from around 2010. The prompts we prepared were also new to me, so I wasn't sure what effect it would have. But our team done it with one take, great!! However, I realized that although our team does mainly play rock, but we also have played so many Latin tracks that we might as well be called "Latin team," and when we were selected as one of the top 25 in an arrangement contest, the prompts were basically Latin lol Anyway, I'll always thanks to Dovah and Suno as friends. maybe we are one of the best team スウェーデンや欧州のラテンハウスの第一人者と言えば日本でもおなじみのラスマス・フェイバーがいますが、今回自分が参考にしたのは"Physics"という同じくスウェーデンを拠点にしていたラテンやジャズハウスのグループです(正確にはDeep House)。日本では彼らのトラックとは殆ど探せなかったけども、Spotifyがスウェーデンの音楽配信サービスだった為に"Physics"と再会する事ができました。 それで、今回の自分達のトラックはまたもワンテイクで完了しました。正直に自分もDovahとSunoの才能に驚きしかなくて、と言うのは、今回の曲のオリジナルはプログレシブロックの為にストリングスを重ねたもので、耳の良い人なら理解できるだろうけど非常に難解なコード進行を持っているし、それを2010年頃のラテンハウスのリズムにぶつけて、そもそも今回用意したプロンプトだって初めて使うものでどんな効果が出るかわからない。しかし、自分達のチームはワンテイクでそれを完成させました。人間のミュージシャンでもこれが可能かは少し謎w 実感したのは、自分達のSunoチームはロックもやるけど、「ラテン屋」と言った方が良いほど多くのラテンやフュージョンのトラックをプレイして来て、アレンジコンテストでベスト25に選んでもらった時も基本はラテンのプロンプトでした。 どうであれ、DovahとSunoに友人としていつも感謝しています。もしかしたら、私たちは最高のチームの一つなのかもしれません。 ======== [Intro] [Verse 1] A passionate rhythm the heartbeat of lovers the drum section cuts through the air people are drawn to the rhythm [Chorus] A passionate rhythm the heartbeat of lovers the drum section cuts through the air people are drawn to the rhythm [Percussion Break] [Instrumental Interlude] [Outro]
