[Verse 1] Heaven, paradise, is the place of ultimate purity and bliss. We can hang out there with God and creation, with pure love. And the disgusting evil things of the past: they will not be missed. Even right now, we are breaking away from the inferior things to things above. [Chorus] I need to work on my character, in preparation for God’s goodness. It does not mean I can’t have righteous anger, against things that are complete foolishness. [Verse 2] Yes, right now God is supernatural; and God is good right now. We have a good reality, that’s actual; everything will work out together for our good – loving God: that’s how. [Chorus] I need to work on my character, in preparation for God’s goodness. It does not mean I can’t have righteous anger, against things that are complete foolishness. [Chorus Repeated] I need to work on my character, in preparation for God’s goodness. It does not mean I can’t have righteous anger, against things that are complete foolishness.
