Bottom of my Breath

The world hums in dead-air glow I balance on the come and go. A quiet line inside my chest, I’m learning how to lean and rest. Every thought slows down its spin, I meet the pause and breathe it in. At the bottom of my breath, I’m weightless, Nothing pulling, nothing left to chase. In the middle of the still, I’m focused, Holding on to this suspended space. I find my whole world in this quiet moment,
At the bottom of my breath. The floor feels firm beneath my feet, The echoes fade, the noise retreats. A softer voice begins to rise, It speaks in quiet, steady lines. Every fear loosens its grip, I ride the calm between the dips. At the bottom of my breath, I’m weightless, Nothing pulling, nothing left to chase. In the middle of the still, I’m focused, Holding on to this suspended space. I find my whole world in this quiet moment,
At the bottom of my breath. I thought peace would crash like thunder, But it came on light as dust. In the gap where nothing’s moving, I remember I can trust. Breathe In… stay… Breathe Out… stay… Right here in the in-between. Breathe In… stay… Breathe Out… stay… I’m the quiet in the seam. I’m the quiet in the seam. At the bottom of my breath, I’m weightless, Nothing pulling, nothing left to chase. In the middle of the still, I’m focused, I could live inside this open space. I find my whole world in this quiet moment,
At the bottom of my breath. “Bottom of my breath… yeah… Right there, breath it in right there… breath it in Hold it… hold it… Let it go, let it go…” Let it go
