Every year I start again with one big plan, make my list of all the things I have to do – learn more, work out, spend less time online… but from now on, I’m done with all that pressure. Now I know what really matters most: first, I need to let the pressure go. **Chorus** This time, it all feels different, I can feel my motivation rise. I begin with just one little goal – a brand-new start is waiting for me. I won’t put myself under pressure, little wins bring me so much joy. **Verse 2** I start with what I really want, take some time to look within and just be still. I set priorities and look closely at my goals, and feel this path is realistic and right. Now I know what I really want – one small goal I know I can achieve. **Chorus** This time, it all feels different, I can feel my motivation rise. I begin with just one little goal – a brand-new start is waiting for me. I won’t put myself under pressure, little wins bring me so much joy. **Verse 3** I start with what I already know I can do, and build on that – that’s how real change begins. I can trade bad habits for much better ones, and learn to value every little change. I can change, no matter how old I am, and feel that change can be a brand-new start. **Chorus** This time, it all feels different, I can feel my motivation rise. I begin with just one little goal – a brand-new start is waiting for me. I won’t put myself under pressure, little wins bring me so much joy. **Verse 4** I start out knowing I can really do this, doors and new paths open when I’m ready to begin. I don’t have to – I want to, and I know I can, I’m free to choose my own way and begin again. I feel good, I can learn, I can keep moving, enjoy healthy food and see new possibilities open up. **Outro** What matters to me – I do it now. What holds me back – I let it go. And in the end, one thing is clear: I can start again each day… I can make a brand-new start each day, because I know I can.
