God Provides (v2)

When the night feels heavy, and the road’s unclear, Bills stack high, and your heart’s full of fear, Look to the lilies, how they bloom in the field, God clothes them gently, His love is revealed. The birds don’t worry, they just spread their wings, Trustin’ the Father for all that life brings. Cast your cares, let your burdens unwind, He’s holdin’ tomorrow, and His promise is kind. God provides, oh, He never lets go, Through the storm and the fire, His love overflows. I’ve never seen the righteous forsaken, Or their children left alone and shaken. Lay your fears at His feet, let your heart confide, God provides, oh, God provides. When the future’s a shadow, and doubt steals your peace, And the weight of this world makes your spirit feel weak, He says, “Seek and you’ll find, knock, the door opens wide,” Your Father in Heaven’s got blessings inside. The Shepherd is faithful, you’ll never be lost, He carries your burdens, no matter the cost. His peace like a river will steady your mind, Trust in His mercy, His grace is divine. God provides, oh, He never lets go, Through the storm and the fire, His love overflows. I’ve never seen the righteous forsaken, Or their children left alone and shaken. Lay your fears at His feet, let your heart confide, God provides, oh, God provides. He’s gone before you, He’s paved the way, His promise stands through the night and the day. No worry can add one more breath to your soul, Let His perfect peace make your spirit whole. God provides, oh, He never lets go, Through the storm and the fire, His love overflows. I’ve never seen the righteous forsaken, Or their children left alone and shaken. Lay your fears at His feet, let your heart confide, God provides, oh, God provides. Cast it all on Him, He cares for you, His riches in glory will carry you through. Day by day, He’s your daily bread, God provides, just like He said.
