(Verse 1) There’s a man we all know, once a year he comes 'round, With a belly full of laughter and boots on the ground, Red suit, white beard, and a twinkle in his eye, Yeah, that jolly old fat man’s about to fly. (Pre-Chorus) He’s got a list he’s checkin' once or twice, Knows who’s naughty, knows who’s nice, With a bag full of joy slung over his back, You’ll hear his sleigh comin’ down the track! (Chorus) That jolly old fat man with the white beard, Spreadin’ Christmas cheer, just like every year, With a ho, ho, ho, and a hearty ol’ laugh, He’s the magic of Christmas, can’t help but clap! That jolly old fat man, oh yeah, he’s here, Bringing love and joy, makin’ the season clear. (Verse 2) Down the chimney he slides with a sack full of toys, For the girls and the boys, makin’ all kinds of noise, With a wink and a grin, he’s gone in a flash, And before you can blink, he’s out in a dash. (Pre-Chorus) From the North Pole straight to your town, He never lets the Christmas spirit down, With reindeer flyin’ under starry skies, That jolly old fat man’s the real surprise! (Bridge) Cookies on the table, milk in the glass, He’s been doin’ this forever—he’s got so much class, So hang your stockings, turn on the light, That jolly old fat man’s comin' tonight! (Outro) Yeah, that jolly old fat man with the white beard, Ridin' through the night with a sleigh full of cheer, He’s the magic of Christmas, year after year.
