Oh, the joy of salvation, rushing through my veins! I’m washed in living water, cleansed from every stain. From the pit of my despair to the mountains high above, I’m dancing in the freedom of His everlasting love! I was blind but now I see the beauty all around, I was deaf but now I hear the most amazing sound, Angels singing, heaven ringing, celebrating life, I’ve been bought with precious blood, redeemed at such a price! Death could not contain Him, the grave could not prevail, He rose in righteous power, He tore away the veil, Now the way is open wide for my weary soul, To find rest and redemption, to be broken then made whole! Now when the storms come crashing and the darkness starts to fall, I remember who I am in Him and how He’s conquered all, My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus and His Word, I’m standing on the promises of everything I’ve heard! Oh, the joy of salvation, flowing like a flood! I’m covered by the mercy of the Lamb’s precious blood. From the depths of hell’s dominion to the glory of the throne, I’m forever in His presence, I am His and His alone! Death could not contain Him, the grave could not prevail, He rose in righteous power, He tore away the veil, Now the way is open wide for my weary soul, To find rest and redemption, to be broken then made whole!
