When I was a little cutie-kid, I wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer I was a fool [𝒖𝒏𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑩𝒐𝒃!] When I was a little cutie-kid, I wasn't even a fork but maybe just a spoon So, every Christmas I was sad Because it was a matter of months Yeah, every Christmas I was sad Cuz by Easter the cradle would turn into a cross Then I thought I was a dumb girl That baby Jesus surely needs to grow Follow me, man, I was almost ten I thought: "this Easter is the turn for the Jesus from thirty-three Christmases ago" Imagination is fun But sometimes is just dumb Imagination is surely fine Until you imagine 33 Jesuses walking in a line Each year a birth, each year a death And in between, 31 walked the same path I know, it's something sick as fuck But that's the effect of religion on kids, folks. When I was a little cutie-kid I wrote a letter to Santa, the fat fuck When I was a little cutie-kid I wrote a letter, not holding my heart back I asked: "𝓅𝓁𝓈 𝒮𝒶𝓃𝓉𝒶, 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒻𝒶𝓉 𝒻𝓊𝒸𝓀, 𝓅𝓁𝓈, 𝑒𝒶𝓉 𝓁𝑒𝓈𝓈, 𝑜𝓇 𝓎𝑜𝓊'𝓁𝓁 𝑔𝑒𝓉 𝒶 𝒽𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓉 𝒶𝓉𝓉𝒶𝒸𝓀" I asked: "𝓅𝓁𝓈 𝒮𝒶𝓉𝒶𝓃" (whops!) "𝓅𝓇𝑒𝓉𝓉𝓎 𝓅𝓁𝓈 𝐵𝑒𝒻𝑜𝓇𝑒 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒹𝒾𝑒, 𝓈𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝒶𝓉 𝓁𝑒𝒶𝓈𝓉 𝑜𝓃𝑒 𝒥𝑒𝓈𝓊𝓈 𝐼𝓉 𝒽𝒶𝓈 𝒷𝑒𝑒𝓃 𝓂𝑜𝓇𝑒 𝓉𝒽𝒶𝓃 𝒶 𝓉𝓌𝑜-𝓉𝒽𝑜𝓊𝓈𝒶𝓃𝒹-𝓎𝑒𝒶𝓇 𝓈𝓉𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓀 𝐼 𝒶𝓂 𝓈𝓊𝓇𝑒 𝓃𝑜𝒷𝑜𝒹𝓎 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝑔𝒾𝓋𝑒 𝒶 𝒻𝓊𝒸𝓀 𝐼𝒻 𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓈 𝓎𝑒𝒶𝓇, 𝒷𝑒𝒻𝑜𝓇𝑒 𝓎𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝒽𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓉 𝒷𝓁𝑜𝓌𝓈 𝓊𝓅 𝒴𝑜𝓊 𝓈𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝑜𝓃𝑒 𝒥𝑒𝓈𝓊𝓈 𝒻𝓇𝑜𝓂 𝒶𝓃𝑜𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓇 𝓈𝒶𝒹 𝒹𝑒𝒶𝓉𝒽" Imagination is fun But sometimes is just dumb Imagination is surely fine Until you imagine 33 Jesuses walking in a line Each year a birth, each year a death And in between, 31 walked the same path I know, it's something sick as fuck But that's the effect of religion on kids, folks! Laugh if you want, for you it's just fun But in my dreams I saw them, waiting their turn They keep dying, duh.... climbing their crosses (And I never got the connection with eggs and bunnies!) Now I get it, of course, I am not a child But sometimes the image still lingers in my mind I am still a cutie but as years goes by I realize soon it will be my first Jesus to die . And that's why, folks, you have to follow my advice Before imposing religion on kids, think about it twice... 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙛𝙪𝙘𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙢𝙖𝙨, 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙢z!
