Launch Pad [SSC6, Australia]

Breaking through the night Shadows fading fast My memories held me tight My mind locked in the past There is a moment when it comes When your world collapses so fast [Short interlude] [Pre-Chorus] They say you need to crawl before you walk But truth is... [Key change] [Chorus] Sometimes you need to fall to find your feet Sometimes you need to wade through the deep Sometimes rock bottom is a launch pad To break through all the pain you've had Sometimes a lack of help isn't the issue Someone might not need a hug and a tissue One thing that helped, try setting a goal It doesn't matter what it is, just get on a roll You'd be surprised how much a lack of aim takes it's toll WIthout that I can't imagine I could ever be whole [Pre-Chorus] They say you need to crawl before you walk But truth is... [Chorus] Sometimes you need to fall to find your feet Sometimes you need to wade through the deep Sometimes rock bottom is a launch pad To break through all the pain you've had [Interlude] Ooohhhh, ohhhhhh, ah Ooohhhh, ohhhhhh, ah Ooohhhh, ohhhhhh, aaahh We often look at others to set our bar But if you do that, you won't go far Be proud of the small victories They all make up the pieces... Of the light that breaks the shadows Of the light that ends your sorrows [End]
