NOTHING ON THE AGENDA No appointment, no deadline, nothing calling out my name, someone asks, “What are we doing?” everybody laughs the same. One says maybe, one says later, one says “give it ten,” then somehow we're all together like we planned it from the end. Nothing on the agenda, nothing we gotta prove, just a little extra daylight and a reason to move. Nothing on the agenda, nothing pulling us away, if the moment keeps getting better, why would anybody change? Quick jokes, quick answers, little detours in the chat, someone takes a simple question and turns it into that. Half a thought, then another, words are flying left and right, everybody's got an angle, everybody's feeling light. Laughing at the smallest details, turning nothing into gold, sometimes all you really needed was some people to unfold. Nothing on the agenda, nothing we gotta prove, just a little extra daylight and a reason to move. Nothing on the agenda, nothing pulling us away, if the moment keeps getting better, why would anybody change? Fast replies, sharp reactions, tiny jokes between the lines, one expression says the answer, then another says, “You're right.” No performance, no pretending, no one trying to be seen, just a loose collection of moments somehow landing in between. Nothing on the agenda, nothing we gotta prove, just a little extra daylight and a reason to move. Nothing on the agenda, nothing pulling us away, if the moment keeps getting better, why would anybody change? Nothing planned, nothing forced, just enough time to enjoy the course.
