I’ll Think About It (Version 8 Country Metal)

(Long Musical Intro) (Verse 1) You said come to me, a little closer please I’m sweating in a room that became warm You’re a little older and way more certain about this Like you already have been in a passionate storm I smiled back at you and I purposely took my time You held out your hand and you let it linger I’m not saying yes to you tonight baby But I’m not moving away your active fingers (Pre-Chorus) I like the way that you asked me I like the way you are willing to wait I’m standing at the water’s edge now A decision that carries a lot of weight (Chorus) For now, I’ll think about it But for now, let’s explore and play I need to bring you in a little closer This innocent encounter makes me want to stay For now, I’ll think about it And see where this all goes No promises made today baby Let’s enjoy each other and take it slow (Verse 2) You laughed and called me “careful” I said “ honey, that’s just the way I am” If we keep on being honest and sincere We might be able to figure out a respectable plan One step forward then comes another No rushing through “your open door” Let the sparks guide us in the future We will get what we really came here for (Pre-Chorus) I like the way that you asked me I like the way you are willing to wait I’m standing at the water’s edge now A decision that carries a lot of weight (Chorus) For now, I’ll think about it But for now, let’s explore and play I need to bring you in a little closer This innocent encounter makes me want to stay For now, I’ll think about it And see where this all goes No promises made today baby Let’s enjoy each other and take it slow (Verse 3) It may be a bit later or into the near future It may be just an answer of never Maybe this night will turn magical But my thoughts are focused on what’s best for us forever I’m not too complicated, not too hard to read I’m just really slow throwing out my slighted trust We can eventually have that shining moment But you can’t make me decide our future in a rush (Pre-Chorus) I like the way that you asked me I like the way you are willing to wait I’m standing at the water’s edge now A decision that carries a lot of weight (Long Musical Solos) (Chorus) For now, I’ll think about it But for now, let’s explore and play I need to bring you in a little closer This innocent encounter makes me want to stay For now, I’ll think about it And see where this all goes No promises made today baby Let’s enjoy each other and take it slow
