Just In Another Room

[Intro] [solo cello melody, arpeggiated grand piano] [Verse 1] [female soprano vocals, breathy tone] Relax, take my hand Let me take you to your promised land Beyond the veil, this earth life pales The trials are done and pain is gone Every blade of grass sings songs Of praise with heavenly throngs [Chorus] [orchestral strings enter] You'll be met by loved ones dear There's not a thing for you to fear Relax my child, it's time to meet the meek and mild The Son of God, the Great I Am The Holy Lamb [Verse 2] [male tenor vocals enter, duet begins] Our loved ones who pass on Are not dead, they are not gone They really do live on More alive than you or I They're just in another room [Bridge] [choir enters, building intensity] There's so much to learn and do So many dreams awaiting you Let Christ's grace make you new For death is not the end Christ is risen, and you will be too [Chorus 2] [full SATB choir, soaring strings] Our loved ones who pass on Are not dead, they are not gone They really do live on More alive than you or I They're just in another room Just in another room [Outro] [choir fades] Call out to them, they will hear Call out to them, they will hear Look for them, they're always near A cloud of witnesses surround They are your angels now Our loved ones who pass on Are not dead, they are not gone They really do live on More alive than you or I They're just in another room Just in another room They're just in another room [female vocal solo] Relax, take my hand [piano and cello fade out]
