Description:

フェーズ4は、崩壊後もなお停止しきれない構造の残熱を記録する。
観測はすでに破綻しているが、音だけが惰性として動き続ける。
そこに判断も処理も存在しない。
意志なき運動が、静止へ向かって冷却されていく。

Phase 4 records the residual motion that persists after collapse.
Observation has already failed, yet sound continues by inertia alone.
No judgment. No execution.
Only structure cooling toward stillness.
