In the Silence... (Deep Trance Mix)

[Intro] [spoken] I walk to the edge of the world... and fall into the silence... [Verse 1] [reverberant female vocals] In the silence currents pull me deep within I feel a scream Rising from the void Threads unravel Coming apart at the seam Lost in the maze Where shadows are seen [buildup] No words can break this endless night As the world dissolves into twilight [chorus/drop] [full electronic drums enter, driving beat] In the silence I fall away Dropping into the grey Where the stars ignite and pulse away In the silence I find my escape from the world [Instrumental Break] [pumping synth pads, soaring strings, heavy kick drum] [Verse 2] [drums drop out, sparse arrangement] In the silence There's nothing left you can say Fading echoes in the last light of the day Waves of quiet crash over me Pulling me under Setting me free [buildup] Nothing can touch me now As I surrender to the endless sea [chorus/drop] [full band re-enters, vocal belt] In the silence I fall away Dropping into the grey But in the depths a light begins to blaze In the silence I embrace the dear starlight [Outro] [drums fade, strings and pads sustain] In the silence deep in the sea, I live! [music fades to silence]
