There's a dark force I constantly feed, A gaping hollow, swallowing with greed, I provide fast, but it consumes faster, For this endless toil, it is my master. With no beginning or end, an infinite routine, A ravenous cycle, consuming unseen, A force of nature I cannot understand, An epicenter of a vortex, with no place to land. A perpetual glimpse of what can be no more, A radiant outside of a charred black core, It's an eventual fate that casts no doubt, For under its influence, there is no way out. No wishes could provide a saving grace, From this endless sight devoid of days, Unless there's a greater unknown force That intervenes to correct the course.
