Visualization: I invite everyone to close their eyes. Take a moment to arrive in your body. Feel the support beneath you—the chair, the floor, the ground holding you. Allow your breath to soften and slow. With each exhale, let go of the day, the roles you carry, the expectations placed upon you. There is nowhere else you need to be. This time is for your life. Now, begin to imagine that you are inside a home. This is a place you know. It may resemble a home from your past, or one you have never seen before but somehow recognize. Notice the feeling of being inside it—the light, the air, the sense of shelter. Notice what this home has given you. Notice what it has protected. When you are ready, you realize it is time to leave. There is no urgency. No force. Just a quiet knowing that something in you is ready to move forward. You walk toward the door. Perhaps you pause with your hand on the handle. Notice what it feels like to stand at this threshold—between what has been and what is becoming. When you open the door and step outside, you find yourself on a path. The path is clear. It does not rush you. It stretches ahead in a way that feels meant for you. You begin to walk. Notice the rhythm of your steps. Notice how your body knows how to move forward, even without knowing the destination. As you continue, the path opens into a wide green meadow on a pleasant summer day. The grass is soft. The air is warm and gentle. You may notice birds in the distance, or the sound of wind moving through the field. You come to the center of the meadow and sit down. You are safe here. You are allowed to rest here. You do not need to perform, explain, or prove anything. At the edge of the meadow, you notice a forest. It feels old. Wise. Alive. From within the forest, far away at first, a figure emerges and begins walking toward you. They move steadily, with intention. There is no doubt in their steps. As they draw closer, you begin to sense a deep familiarity—not just recognition, but remembrance. This individual has traveled a very long distance to be here. They love you. They care about you—not for what you do, but for who you are. They have come because you are at an important moment in your life. As they approach, you begin to recognize who this is. Allow yourself to see them clearly. Notice their face, their posture, their presence. Notice what they are wearing—any clothing, colors, or jewelry that stand out. Notice what happens in your body as you recognize them. Whatever arises—warmth, grief, relief, tears, stillness—is welcome here. As they come close, you see that they are holding a gift for you. This gift carries meaning. It represents what you need most right now for your life. What will support your growth as a human being. What will help you live with greater truth, wholeness, courage, or tenderness. Take your time as they offer it to you. You may also notice that you are holding a gift for them. Something you have carried. Something meaningful to offer in return. Gently, lovingly, you exchange gifts. Now, bring your attention to the gift you have received. Notice its weight in your hands. Its texture. Its shape. If it is wrapped or placed in a box, open it slowly. See what is inside. This gift is symbolic. Its meaning does not need to be clear right away. Trust that it will continue to unfold in your life. Allow any message they have for you to come. It may arrive as words, images, sensations, or a quiet inner knowing. Listen carefully. When the message feels complete, take a moment to thank them. For their love. For their presence. For walking with you, even from a distance. When it feels right, say goodbye. Notice how they leave— do they return to the forest, fade into light, or gently disappear from the meadow? Take one last look. Now, slowly bring your awareness back to your breath. Feel your body in the room. Feel the ground beneath you. When you are ready, begin to open your eyes.
