I've been heavily testing vocal chops with 4.5 (as you could probably tell lol) and I'm seriously impressed with the versatility allowed when leading them!
Actually, that goes for all instrumental-type stuff in general. Persona extensions have completely opened up a new avenue of song generation - I can gen a drop of a different type from a completely different song, persona it, and then use it 1-1 in a new song. It's great!

I have also found something else out through this painstaking testing phase. This might not pertain to a lot of you, but I  will share it anyways in the essence of knowledge! Who knows, maybe you'll need it at some point?

I have a bad habit of genning 16-20 part 2's before I've even listened to them. (I know, I know...)
I also have a bad habit of wanting to restart from a point 2 minutes before where I am currently am in a song. (I KNOW)
Problem is, I REALLY liked some of the instrumentals, some of the vocals, some of the drops... and yay, I can crop and persona them now!
But wait... why is the progression off? Wait, why doesn't it sound as punchy? What happened?

^ The fix to this has been found, my fellow ADHD create button spammers! ^
Make a persona of the entire song that you decided to give up on, and then extend with that instead!

The persona system is dumb. It will make a song that is nearly one to one with the persona itself if you don't change the lyrics or genres enough. It's always been a bit of an issue. So - let's use that to our advantage.

A persona doesn't forget the song it's made from (no duh Rax), so this means that if you make a persona of that song that you decided to give up on but liked the later parts of, and then extend the new song using that, those later parts will appear EXACTLY where they should with almost the EXACT same sound as the original!

Let's see if I can explain:

- I have a song I gave up on, but I liked the part at 02:00.
- The point I'm going back to in the original song is 01:00.
DO NOT USE THE PERSONA YET! Extend UP to 02:00, in the vision you decided you wanted, and THEN extend with the persona at 02:00 - as long as you kept the progression (e.g. intro - verse - drop), then that 02:00 section should be EXACTLY as it is in the song you gave up on!
Which technically means you didn't give up on it, though. Hm.

Anyways - Sorry if that's confusing. If you didn't understand, just ask, and I will do my best to clarify!

As a bonus... hmm...
This might sound dumb of me, but I didn't take the "style description" seriously. I was still inputting my genres, getting decent things that I could manually go through and tailor myself, and was content with that.
I see now how wrong I was. I SHOULD'VE LISTENED TO THE DEVS!

It is a style DESCRIPTION, not style LIST - describing your sound will give you a much more layered, much more complex and overall much more HUMAN sounding song. Using the description for the initial gen is fine, and I actually still prefer it - but when extending, DESCRIBE what you want the extension to sound like. You'll save years of your life, and more importantly you'll save your credits.

私は16-20パート2を聴く前に生成するという悪い習慣があります。（わかってます、わかってます…）
それに、曲の途中で今の場所の2分前からやり直したくなるという悪い習慣もあります。（わかってます！）
問題は、いくつかのインストゥルメンタル、いくつかのボーカル、いくつかのドロップが本当に気に入ったことです…そして、やった！今はそれらをクロップしてPersonaを適用できる！
でも待って…なぜ進行がズレている？待って、なんでパンチが足りない？どうして？

^ この問題の解決策が見つかりました、ADHDのクリエイトボタン連打をしている皆さん！ ^
あきらめた曲全体にPersonaを適用して、そのままで延長してみて！

Personaシステムはバカです。歌詞やジャンルを十分に変更しない限り、元のPersonaとほぼ一対一の曲を作ります。それはいつも少し問題になっていました。だから、これを利用してやりましょう。

Personaは、作成元の曲を忘れません（当たり前だろ、Rax）、だから、あきらめたけど後半部分が好きだったその曲にPersonaを適用し、その後そのPersonaで新しい曲を延長すると、その後半部分が元の曲とほぼ同じサウンドで、正確に同じ場所に現れるんです！

説明してみます：

あきらめた曲があるけど、02:00の部分が好きだった。

元の曲で戻る場所は01:00です。
まだPersonaは使わないでください！まず、02:00まで自分が決めたビジョンで延長して、それからその時点でPersonaを適用して延長してください。進行（例：イントロ - バース - ドロップ）を維持していれば、02:00の部分は元のあきらめた曲と EXACTLY 同じサウンドで現れるはずです！
ということは、実質的にはあきらめてないことになりますけどね。ふむ。

とにかく、ちょっとわかりづらいかもしれません。理解できなかったら、聞いてくださいね。できる限り説明します！

これ、私がバカみたいに聞こえるかもしれませんが、「スタイルの説明」を真剣に受け止めていませんでした。まだ自分のジャンルを入力して、手動で調整できるものが得られて、それで満足していたんです。
今、どれだけ間違っていたかが分かります。開発者の言うことを聞くべきでした！

これはスタイルの「説明」であって、スタイルの「リスト」ではないんです。音を説明することで、もっと層のある、もっと複雑で、全体的にもっと人間らしいサウンドの曲が作れます。初期の生成には説明を使うのは全然大丈夫で、実際私もそれが好ましいですが、拡張するときは、どんな音の拡張をしたいかを「説明」してください。これで何年も人生が節約できるし、何よりクレジットも節約できます。
