A 34inch cable appears to be connected to the artifact, coiled around the base of the fan. However, there are no knobs seen on the artifact to turn on/off the artifact nor any knobs that control the artifact’s power. Research implies they don’t know why the artifact has a cable despite how it can function without any source of power. Discovered Location: Artifact was simply bought from a garage sale in a small neighborhood within the country of [REDACTED], the previous owner complained of various ‘severe wind storm occurrences’ whenever the artifact had turned itself on. Artifact was taken back to our research lab for examination and containment, kept within a large tungsten chamber containment cell behind a securely sealed metal door. Augmented Properties: Artifact is capable of aerokinesis-controlling the power of wind/air-whenever it is turned on.
