(Intro - Sound of a funky beatbox and a synth melody) Yo, check it, check it! Grandparents on the mic! This one's for our shining light! (Chorus - Upbeat, melodic, easy to chant) S-A-N-I-Y-A, shining brighter than the day! She's got the brains, she's got the grace, puts a smile on every face! From the top of her head to the soles of her feet, She's the most amazing girl you'll ever meet! Yeah, that's my Sa-ni-ya! (Verse 1 - Spoken-sung, rhythmic and proud) She's in her room, building towers to the sky, Solving puzzles quick, with a determined eye. Asks the smartest questions, "How?" and "Why?" and "When?" We just look and say, "That's our genius friend!" Got more curiosity than a scientist in a lab, The smartest little granddaughter that we ever had! (Chorus) S-A-N-I-Y-A, shining brighter than the day! She's got the brains, she's got the grace, puts a smile on every face! From the top of her head to the soles of her feet, She's the most amazing girl you'll ever meet! Yeah, that's my Sa-ni-ya! (Verse 2 - A little smoother, sweet) And her smile? It's like a ray of sunshine glow. Eyes that sparkle, watch'em twinkle, don't you know. A laugh that bubbles like a happy, babbling brook. Just one little glance, and you're hooked, you're hooked! Beautiful inside and out, that's the honest truth, Our forever young, our everlasting youth! (Bridge - Slows down slightly, warm and heartfelt) And when we hug, it's the best part of our week. Hearing all the brand-new stories that she speaks. We cheer the loudest, 'cause we're her biggest fans, Her number one supporters, yeah, that's the plan! This kind of love is written in the stars above, It's all for our Sa-ni-ya, wrapped in grandparent love! (Chorus - Extra energetic with ad-libs) S-A-N-I-Y-A! (Spell it with me!) Shining brighter than the day! She's got the brains, she's got the GRACE, puts a smile on every face! From the top of her head to the soles of her feet, She's the most amazing girl you'll ever meet! Yeah, that's my Sa-ni-ya! (Outro - Beat fades with love) Oh yeah... that's our girl. Sa-ni-ya. Grandma and Grandpa love you! Beat paid out with final, happy synth note
