Welcome to the KINDERGARTEN FESTIVAL! This one is all about bringing back the songs from your childhood — the ones that stuck in your head, that played during cartoons, at school, or that your parents used to sing. Old or modern songs, from any country, in any language — the only rule is: 🎵 Choose a children’s song that’s part of your own memories. Then, reimagine it in your own style — could be pop, trap, metal, ambient, indie, noise, whatever! Make it funny, dramatic, dreamy or absurd. Just make it yours. To join: 🧃 Pick a children’s song that marked your childhood 🎶 Create, recreate, replace, add, or remix it using Suno — be as creative or chaotic as you want 🎨 Optional (but highly recommended): make a playful cover art — a kids' version of your "Suno Persona" or avatar, the image you normally use around here, or something that reminds you of a childlike version of your profile 🏷️ Add #KindergartenFestival to your song title 🌍 Make your song public! We encourage you to add some info in the displayed lyrics and tell us which country/culture your original memory comes from — so we can learn more about it! *********************************************************** This is a Dutch children's song that I made up years ago and always sang to my children. It involves hand gestures where you play the spiders with both hands and starts to tickle the child. When blowing away the spiders, you blow on your hand (the spider) in turn and then hide it behind your back. Then your hands (the spiders) come back from behind your back to tickle the child again. Children find this very exciting but also very nice. My children often asked: "Mommy, can you do the spider song again?" English translation of the lyrics, below *********************************************************** Lyrics: Daar komen twee spinnetjes aan. De één die heet Piet. En de ander heet Jan. Piet kruipt waar hij maar kan. en Jan? Waar is Jan? Ffffffffffffft........ Weg Piet! Ffffffffffffft......... Weg Jan! Daar komen ze..... Daar komen ze...... Daar komen ze weer aan! © Artanne - 2025 ********************************************************** English Translation: Here come two spiders. One is called Piet. And the other is called Jan. Piet crawls wherever he can. And Jan? Where is Jan? Here come two spiders. They make a game of it! They crawl over your back..... and then run back together very fast. Come on, then we'll chase them away together. Just go along with what I say. We'll just blow them off your leg. Then they'll fly somewhere else! Ffffffffffffft........ Gone Piet! Ffffffffffffft......... Gone Jan! Here they come..... Here they come...... Here they come again!
