100 Lungs

The song is called 100 Lungs because the final Suno Studio session contains exactly 100 layered stems. It began while I was clearing old files from my phone and found a voicemail from my ex. I listened back and started hearing all these strange little sounds and textures hidden inside the recording, so naturally I sampled them. I took those sounds into FL Studio, reshaped them into bass and FX, then kept feeding the results into Suno. From there, I resampled, rebuilt and layered everything inside Suno Studio. At some point I completely zoned out, entered a flow state and chose violence musically. Every bass switch, vocal cut, glitch, transition and moment of silence was given a clear purpose until all 100 stems were working together as one production.
