Walking The In Between

the emptiness between isn't what it seems theres so many places, where all the space is we just cannot see though many will try to deceive her she can walk within the ether if you think you're foolin her, then you think wrong. sometimes she just sees it fit to play along genuine and true but ain't got much to lose she knows the secret and all the regrets in your heart. sees you thru all the facade most folks say she's kind of odd I suppose all they say is true she can look straight inside you how lonely this world feels when you are one who heals nobody ever understands yet in they rush with greedy hands none seem to care, to try to share but how quick they are to make demands Ohhhhh Oh ooooooo ahhhhh oooooo Oh if you only knew! The loneliness the pain To dwell in the domain The place that she calls home Where it feels, it feels so alone She walks a weary path A path few will ever see In the spaces in between Where nothings what it seems (oh nothings what it seems) Treading many places, where most think empty space is A place we just fail to see She calls the in between The fuzzy glow you sometimes nearly spy From the corner of you eye You assume it must have passed you by Sometimes you look back but never find Maybe you say its just a trick of the mind Someday you'll know, exactly what you'd seen It was the edges all around the in between A world of worlds where so few of us have been Neither here nor there, yet everywhere The unempty air The full empty space thats called the in between
