[verse 1] Why when I try to make things turn out right they come out wrong. Turning things to Jesus is not as easy as writing this song. Feelings are stirring within me what can they be. If I pray now in Jesus then I am sure I'll learn the patience that I need. [verse 2] Trying to get things done for today I neglect to pray. get down on my knees now and believe that he will show me the way.
