We Hear Jesus Say (Country Version)

[verse] Walking by faith and not by sight, We live every day of our lives. This world is not our home, We are just passing through. [chorus] We hear Jesus say, “Run the race You Stay the course, hang in there. Keep at it, keep going strong, In this fight, you’ll find where you belong. We hear Jesus say, “Push forward, forge ahead, With every step, Carry on, let go of fear. Keep your eyes on Me, we will get there.” [verse] By faith we press on and believe Trusting God in what we can’t see Mixing our faith with God’s promises We will receive what we believe [chorus] We hear Jesus say, “Run the race You Stay the course, hang in there. Keep at it, keep going strong, In this fight, you’ll find where you belong. We hear Jesus say, “Push forward, forge ahead, With every step, Carry on, let go of fear. Keep your eyes on Me, we will get there.” [bridge] We hear Jesus say, “Forget whats behind Push on to what’s ahead Press on towards the goal Keep your eyes on the prize” [instrumental] [chorus] We hear Jesus say, “Run the race You Stay the course, hang in there. Keep at it, keep going strong, In this fight, you’ll find where you belong. We hear Jesus say, “Push forward, forge ahead, With every step, Carry on, let go of fear. Keep your eyes on Me, we will get there.”
