[Verse] In a silent sky so clear and bright A star shone down like a guiding light In a world of storms and endless plight A beacon shone in the dark of night [Verse 2] Sailors lost in seas so vast Found their way when the light had cast Through the waves and shadows past Came a hope that forever lasts [Chorus] Beacon of Bethlehem guiding the way Through the storm and the night into the day Beacon of Bethlehem shining so true Leading hearts to a love ever new [Bridge] When the waters rise and skies turn gray And all seem lost in a disarray Look to the star where the newborn lay Find the path to a brighter day [Verse 3] In the whisper of the night’s embrace Hear a song of unending grace Feel the warmth of a saving face In the light where the mercies trace [Chorus] Beacon of Bethlehem guiding the way Through the storm and the night into the day Beacon of Bethlehem shining so true Leading hearts to a love ever new
