Green fields as far as the eye can see, you appear among rose and thyme, I had forgotten you, I was lost in the tides of time. Now I gaze into your hazel eyes, warm brown, sparkling like the skies, you just stand there, calm and strong, yet as I caress your tender hide, my heart begins to glow like embers, and I suddenly remember, my shattered innocence. All lights up, I can hear the wind, softly whispering amidst the grass, and I know, I’m home at last.
