[Verse] Blessed be the Lord so high Visions gleamin' in the night sky A Visitation's been proclaimed From the house of David's name [Verse 2] Promises from long ago Written in the stars that glow Salvation comes to set us free Mercy's dawning can't you see [Chorus] A Rising dawn breaks the silence Our Hope is born to end all violence In the darkness shines a true light Guiding those who feel his great might [Verse 3] Enemies fall and chains now break In His shadow our hearts awake Those Prophecies we now behold In His strong arms the weak are bold [Verse 4] The Oath He swore to Abraham Freedom flows now to every man Fear can no longer rules this soul God's Love has made the broken whole [Chorus] A Rising dawn breaks the silence Our Hope is born to end all violence In the darkness shines a true light Guiding those who feel his great might
