Am I from another Planet ?!

Am I from another planet ?! On strange land, my feet touch ground, Words just echo, make no sound. Eyes are shut, yet heads still spin, Is it me or them within? Every day I try to speak, All I hear is noise so weak. Nonsense flows like shattered streams, Alien world or just my dreams? Am I from a distant star, Lost and wondering who they are? Different tongues, can’t comprehend, What’s the use if all pretend? Round in circles, twist and shout, Still they never figure out. Maybe it’s a cosmic race, Human forms but foreign face. Lost in translation every day, My own world feels far away. Planet Earth feels strange and new, When all I see are distant views. Am I from a distant star, Lost and wondering who they are? Different tongues, can’t comprehend, What’s the use if all pretend?
