VERSE 1 Jinx found Troy in the shadows of the garage tonight Standing man to man in the dim and dusty light He said I found Myra and I know about your gold I know the twenty five thousand and the story you have told I do not see a freak and I do not see a pet to tame I am looking at a man who puts this school to shame Troy liked the direct honesty he liked the steady eye Far away from Sora and her artificial lie He said the mountain saved my life and taught me to survive While my brother bear is struggling just to stay alive VERSE 2 My life is for the timber Troy said with a flame I will stop the corporate greed and the elite city game Jinx looked at him and smiled he said fists cannot win Against the guns and canons where the legal wars begin The enemy is massive the officials are corrupt They will kill the very justice that you try to interrupt My father was an honest man they killed him for his truth Because he would not sell the future of his people or his youth I am going to be a lawyer to make the bastards pay And I found the man of steel that I want to serve today VERSE 3 They struck a hand shake as equals in the dark Two kings of the shadows with a single holy spark A brotherhood of spirit a pact that will not break Ready for the battle and for every life at stake Jinx said Myra is in danger at her home and at her school The mobsters and the bullies do not follow any rule Troy felt the excitement he felt the beastly pride I will offer her protection with the mountain on my side I will strike the monsters who are standing in her way From the middle of the night to the breaking of the day BRIDGE Sora walked in and she saw them standing there A friendly kind of energy inside the garage air She was surprised and confused she stuck her heart inside Troy why are you and Jinx on the same side What are you talking about tell me what you mean Troy felt the anger rising at the princess in the scene His eyes sharpened like a blade his beastly stare was back Watching Sora try to follow every hunter track OUTRO I am seeing you soon Jinx keep the mind sharp and cold I am done with the Princess and the stories being told Troy walked away while Sora chased him through the yard Crying for the hero while the logic stood on guard The Steel and the Mind The pact is made The price of the mountain Is finally paid
