[Instrumental] [Pre-verse] As children of God, we should not forget his instruction: but keep his commands in our heart; and let our heart protect his commands: THEN will length of days, and years of life, and peace be added to us. [bridge] [Pre-verse 2] We shouldn't let loyalty and faithfulness leave us, but let them be worn on our neck; let them be written on the tablets of our heart: THEN will we find favour and high esteem in the sight of God and man. [Verse 1] Do not forget. And it's not crazy to have reminders. Do not forfeit... Let God's word be in our heart's binders. [Instrumental] [Verse 2] If we miss out on God then we'd miss out on peace. If we miss out on God, then we'd be lost and deceased. [Verse 3] God's speaking to us? Meditate on what's said. Or perhaps memorize it... Do not be dead! [Verse 4] We have God's word! Do not forget! Commit God's goodness to memory. The enemy: resist. [bridge] [Verse 5] If we are loyal to God and are kind, then we would be following Jesus' lead. The enemy is no friend of mine... Let us, in Christ, succeed. [Verse 6] Jesus, on earth, was persecuted and slandered; no worries if it happens to us; but he also grew in wisdom and stature... and grew in favour with God and people: this same Jesus. [Verse 7] To God be all the glory; we side with him, all things will work together for our good. No time to waste, this is not scary: his instruction is meant to be understood. [Instrumental]
