Christmas in Jamaica

[Verse] No snowflakes falling from the sky No frosted windows catching my eye But the sun is bright The sea is wide And the palm trees sway where we reside [Prechorus] Let the steel drums play Hear the children sing Feel the rhythm of joy that the island brings [Chorus] It’s Christmas in Jamaica Feel the ocean breeze Let it dance on your skin Put your soul at ease No white Christmas But we’re okay We’ve got the spirit in our hearts today [Verse 2] Coconut shells and a mango feast Spicy aromas from the island beast We light the fire We share the glow This is our Christmas This is what we know [Prechorus] The stars above They guide our cheer A Happy Christmas A blessed New Year [Chorus] It’s Christmas in Jamaica Feel the ocean breeze Let it dance on your skin Put your soul at ease No white Christmas But we’re okay We’ve got the spirit in our hearts today
