[Intro — low drone, distant thunder] Two voices claim authority. One says: This is my beloved Son. Another denies Him. [Silence] Both cannot be truth. [Verse 1] Moses wrote of Him. The prophets saw His day. The Seed would crush the serpent. The Lamb would bear away. The Shepherd would be smitten. The Stone would be refused. The Servant would be wounded. The Scripture cannot be loosed. Then the Word was made flesh and dwelt among men. Now answer— Who do you believe? [Chorus] Both cannot be truth. Both cannot be truth. God gave record of His Son— LET GOD BE TRUE! If one voice says: This is the Christ— and another voice denies Him— BOTH CANNOT BE TRUTH! [Dark Instrumental] [Verse 2] Then came the Talmud, written down by men. Rabbi answering rabbi, argument answering them. But reasoning is not the LORD. Tradition is not His Word. No ancient voice can overrule what God hath already said. If the Father gave the record, and the record names the Son— Then every man must answer: What will you do with Him? [Chorus] Both cannot be truth. Both cannot be truth. God gave record of His Son— LET GOD BE TRUE! If one voice says: This is the Christ— and another voice denies Him— BOTH CANNOT BE TRUTH! [Breakdown — everything dies] The Talmud was written by men. The Scripture was given by God. If the Talmud contradicts the record God gave of His Son— “Let God be true, but every man a liar.” [Silence] Search every page. Test every word. No rabbi. No council. No tradition. No ancient hatred can dethrone the Son of God. [Low pulse] “He that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.” [Silence] That is the charge. Not blood. Not race. Not ancestry. Unbelief. [Bridge — slowly building] Blindness in part is happened to Israel. IN PART. Boast not against the branches. God hath not cast away his people. The gifts and calling of God are without repentance. Ancient hatred does not have the final word. Blindness does not have the final word. [Build] “And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again.” [Final Chorus — massive] BOTH CANNOT BE TRUTH! LET GOD BE TRUE! Moses testified! The prophets testified! The Father testified! The apostles testified! GOD GAVE RECORD OF HIS SON! No Talmud! No tradition! No word of man can make the Word of God of none effect! BOTH CANNOT BE TRUTH! [Outro — everything collapses] “He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.” [Silence] Not hatred. Hope. Not boasting. Mercy. God is able to graff them in again. [Whisper] Jesus is the Lord.
