Time is here to gather round And celebrate the year That festive time we all enjoy That draws the loved ones near The Christmas cheer and laughter heard The stockings gently hung A cookie left for old Saint Nick And carols as their sung Here’s to Merry Christmas And all the joy we’ve known The presents and the giving And all the love that’s shown Gather round and sit a while Enjoy your company Make a toast to Christmas time To friends and family. Time is here to decorate A star upon the the tree Then the feast of Turkey No end in what you eat Christmas cards and candy canes The scent that makes it right Bubble bath for children And dreams of Christmas white Here’s to Merry Christmas And all the joy we’ve known The presents and the giving And all the love that’s shown Gather round and sit a while Enjoy your company Make a toast to Christmas time To friends and family. The jingle of those sleigh bells The wreath upon the door These are signs of Christmas You know you can’t ignore Yes, here’s an ode to Christmas And no matter who you are I hope your year is Merry So wish upon that star! Here’s to Merry Christmas And all the joy we’ve known The presents and the giving And all the love that’s shown Gather round and sit a while Enjoy your company Make a toast to Christmas time To friends and family.
