[Verse 1] This is the day You already made Morning in my hands Grace in my mouth I wake up and smile At what You have done You set joy in motion Before I even run [Pre-Chorus] So I breathe it in And I lift my eyes There’s a gift in this life Right here, right now [Chorus] This is the day This is the day You made it for praise We rejoice today So glad today So glad today We’re alive in Your love We rejoice today [Verse 2] So I realize The best thing for people Is to be happy And enjoy their life Every good small moment Every honest laugh You place delight In the path we have [Pre-Chorus] So I breathe it in And I lift my eyes There’s a gift in this life Right here, right now [Chorus] This is the day This is the day You made it for praise We rejoice today So glad today So glad today We’re alive in Your love We rejoice today [Bridge] When the weight gets heavy You still hold me close When my heart is tired You bring me hope This joy is a promise This joy is TRUTHFULNESS! (Reality, Sincerity, & What 😦 is Genuine!) This joy keeps rising Till my soul says yes [Chorus] This is the day This is the day You made it for praise We rejoice today So glad today So glad today We’re alive in Your love We rejoice today [Outro] This is the day Let us rejoice This is the day Be glad today!
