Mensa called her. She’s off their charts. But it’s her kindness, kidnapped my heart. The way she moves, pure ballet. She’s my dose of sun I need everyday. Picks me lilacs when I need a lift. Just her presence is her greatest gift. When all is dark, she brings the dawn. I guess I’d say she’s my everything when everything is all gone. If things went south tomorrow, my dog skip town, my house burn down, and all my assets crash, I wouldn’t sulk in sorrow. With her I’d be cool. Rich in love, not in cash. I hope she feels the same. Still I’m working to stay ahead in the game. Not everyday one comes along. I’m moonstruck lucky. So much right, that when things go wrong, she’s my everything when everything is all gone.
