PLANTED (Psalm 1 Gospel House Anthem) HOOK I’m planted! Planted by the river! I’m planted! And I’m getting stronger! I’m planted! Living water flowing! I’m planted! And my roots go deeper! Hey! I’m planted! Planted by the river! I’m planted! And I’m getting stronger! Whatever I do, Whatever I do, The Lord will prosper! VERSE 1 I don’t walk where the foolish lead. I don’t follow every voice I see. I found a better way. I found a better road. I’m standing on the promises The Father told. Day and night, I’m in the Word. Day and night, I know what I heard. Every promise, Every page. God keeps speaking In every age. PRE-CHORUS When the storm comes, I won’t break. When the drought comes, I won’t shake. My roots run deep, My roots run long. That’s why I’m standing strong. HOOK I’m planted! Planted by the river! I’m planted! And I’m getting stronger! I’m planted! Living water flowing! I’m planted! And my roots go deeper! Hey! I’m planted! Planted by the river! I’m planted! And I’m getting stronger! Whatever I do, Whatever I do, The Lord will prosper! VERSE 2 Leaves still green When the heat shows up. Fruit still growing When life gets rough. Not because of me. Not because I’m strong. Because the river’s been carrying me All along. Living water. Living grace. Mercy following me Every place. Every season, God remains. That’s why I lift my praise. PRE-CHORUS The winds may blow. The rain may fall. But I ain’t worried About it all. The One who planted me Still holds my ground. That’s why I’m not backing down. BREAKDOWN Rooted! Rooted! Rooted in the Word! Rooted! Rooted! Standing on what I heard! Fruitful! Fruitful! Fruitful in my season! Fruitful! Fruitful! God’s the reason! BRIDGE The righteous shall flourish. The righteous shall grow. The righteous shall prosper. Wherever they go. The Lord knows the way. The Lord knows my name.
