Inferiority Complex
You know that uncomfortable feeling of walking into a room and feeling smaller than everyone else before you even open your mouth? Of apologizing almost just for existing, as if someone else’s success were a constant reminder of your own failure? "Inferiority Complex" explores this mental labyrinth in a raw, sarcastic, and melancholic way. Inspired by the aesthetic and visceral attitude of Placebo, the track exposes imposter syndrome in its purest form: when we build our own ceiling, lock ourselves in the cage from the inside, and still apologize for the inconvenience. __________________________________________________________________________ ∞ ☩ ∞ I N F E R I O R I T Y C O M P L E X ∞ ☩ ∞ Sorry, I count the heads before I walk inside... Sorry, I shrink a little with every name they praise... Sorry, I laugh first at myself, so I can hide... Sorry... Sorry... Sorry, I made the ruler, so why do I feel so small...
