Description: Umbra et Lux - Umbra et Lux is a journey through shadow and light. Not as simple symbols of evil and good, but as forces that exist beside, within, and sometimes through one another. At first, they seem to inhabit separate worlds. Deep voices rise from the darkness; distant voices answer from the light. Their melodies meet, cross, and gradually begin to carry traces of each other. Between them stands the human voice, questioning rather than judging. Even language eventually loses its certainty, dissolving into sound as the boundaries between both worlds become less distinct. There is no battle here, and no victory. Perhaps shadow is not merely the absence of light. Perhaps light does not exist without casting a shadow. Umbra et Lux offers no answer to what is good or evil.
