Shadow of loneliness //// Remix "Not The Same" zaaj
The shadow of loneliness froze by the window, A seal of despondency in the majestically empty gaze I whispered to it: “Why have you come?” In response, the curtains swayed in the draft. Desperation boiled in my veins — I stood my ground: “I didn’t call you, you see.” It looked me in the eyes, intently, point-blank: “There are others — they were the ones who ‘summoned’ me.” No doubt — it’s frightening, yet it’s unclear, “And who are these others?” — I asked, voice trembling with fear. The shadow of loneliness — a guest of nightmares, Could finish anyone off with its mere presence. “One day, in a light half-doze, I’ll show them to you — Your envious ones,” — it then promised anew. Since then I’ve been waiting… but I’m in no rush, It’s intriguing, yet somehow… it feels eerie, hush.
