He is not here, for He has risen, as He said. Come, see the place where He lay.” If you notice that the angel used the word “lay” in the past tense Because Jesus was no longer dead but rose again on the third day With a light that radiates Bringing forth peace and love and joy to those that believe in Him Because the work that God requires of us is to believe in the one He has sent And we know that the work is faith Which from the beginning of the stories of faith starting with Abraham Have imparted righteousness to the bearer of faith To erase the fate of death’s gate Which is no longer locked for the ones that have the single key to open it Because Jesus said “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die.” [rap] Do you believe this?
