[Verse] Blessed is the one who walks in light By streams of wisdom through the night With roots deep down by riverside In truth and love they do abide [Verse 2] Leaves unfading faith so bright and bold In every season steadfast hold Not in the counsel of the lost But in the word they find their trust [Chorus] Planted firm won't be swayed In His law their delight is always Like a tree by waters fed Righteous path ahead [Verse 3] Fruit in season bearing strong and true Prosperous in all they do Not a leaf turned brown or weak God's path is what they seek [Bridge] Mockers' seat they shun with grace In His light they find their place Every step a guided choice In His word they find their voice [Chorus] Planted firm won't be swayed In His law their delight is always Like a tree by waters fed Righteous path ahead
