🎵LYRICS – “Shun Evil” (Murmured, echoing) Shaluuuum… Guard your heart… guard your mind… Shun eeeevil… Peace comes only when you fight the dark… There’s only one way to outsmart demons, Shalum! Guard your gates, keep out the evil, Shun! Don’t flirt with sin, don’t even toy, To walk in peace, you must destroy. (Choir echoes: Shun… shun… shun evil…) Sin comes creeping, soft in disguise, Whispers sweet lies to darken your eyes. But truth is a blade, forged to reveal, Shalum in your steps, let your soul stay sealed. Shadows hunt weak hearts, looking for slack, But I don’t play games with spirits like that. I stay clean, stay sharp, stay ready for war, If peace is the prize, then I fight even more. Temptation knocks… But don’t you dare open that door. Peace is a crown, But you gotta fight for more. (Chopped echoes) Shalum… shun evil… shalum… shun evil… Bass hit / heavy growls Resentment, hatred, envy, pride, These chains of death love to stay inside. But forgiveness hits different when you stand in the Light, And sin loses power when you’re DONE with the fight. I won’t bow down to the world’s disease, I guard my heart so my soul stays free. Shalum ain’t soft, it's the warrior’s shield, Peace comes only when the darkness yields. There’s only one way to outsmart demons, Shalum! Guard your gates, keep out the evil, Shun! Don’t flirt with sin, don’t even toy, To walk in peace, you must destroy. (Choir echoes: Shun… shun… shun evil…) Shalum… Shun evil… Guard your soul… And peace will guard you back…
