The Hardship Blossom [VERSE 1] Myra led me up the stairs with a joyful secret smile I have been searching for your shadow for every lonely mile I left the towers of the glass and the palace of the pride To find this rooftop sanctuary where you always come to hide I am wearing the uniform of the Iron Ridge High Standing here beneath the open Montana sky Myra said surprise Troy she was beaming with the light As I stood there trembling in the presence of my knight Troy I finally found you I have searched through every track And I am never letting go and I am never turning back [VERSE 2] I was sitting in the shadows with my followers at my side Until the door swung open and I had nowhere left to hide I saw the golden hair I saw the Sun inside the grey Wearing the colors of the school where the broken people stay I was stunned into the silence I was frozen to the floor Seeing the Princess of the city at my rooftop door Myra took control she said it is time for us to go She led the followers away to the world down below Leaving only silence and the ending of the doubt As the secrets of the mountain finally came out [CHORUS] You are my hero you are my knight in the dark You are the Sun that found the only holy spark I am not leaving you and you have nowhere to hide I do not want to hide anywhere but by your side The Steel is melting in the heat of the Sun The Steel is melting and the hardship is done The hardship is over and the blossom has begun [BRIDGE] I ran into your arms and I held you to my chest The only place in all the world where my spirit can rest You are my knight Troy and I am staying in the fight I saw your steel resolve I saw the fire in your soul Watching all the bitterness lose its long control I do not want to hide Sora I am done with the cold I smiled for the first time as the armor fell away Because I finally found a reason for the Steel to stay [FINAL CHORUS] You are my hero you are my knight in the dark You are the Sun that found the only holy spark I am not leaving you and you have nowhere to hide I do not want to hide anywhere but by your side The Steel is melting in the heat of the Sun The Steel is melting and the hardship is done The hardship is over and the blossom has begun [OUTRO] My White Horse Knight My Radiant Sun Nowhere to hide I am home
