Dream Come True

Verse 1: It's a beautiful day in Sarpedon And yet I feel so astray and so leaden If only I could serve the goddess I love I would shine brighter than the stars up above Chorus: Athena, please hear my plea, grant this wish for me I wish not to be your foe; I just want you to know For it would be a dream come true, yes, a dream come true If only I could serve you Verse 2: Medusa, I hear your prayers And I think you shouldn’t despair For I can see through all the layers I foresee that you are fair Athena? A maiden like you is like no other I hope you understand I see you as a daughter Loved throughout the land Chorus: Athena, please hear my plea, grant this wish for me (I grant this wish for you) I wish not to be your foe; I just want you to know (I know) For it would be a dream come true, yes, a dream come true If only I could serve you Bridge: Athena, oh, Athena Is there something you need from me Is it to fight in the arena Or is it to make me see Medusa, oh Medusa You’ve proven your devotion to me I'll let you see how you can serve finally You will forever be a priestess of mine Now, until the end of time You will live in a different kind of arena You will live in the Temple of Athena Chorus: Now it’s a beautiful day in Sarpedon I no longer feel so astray and so leaden For now, I am to serve the goddess I love I will shine brighter than the stars up above
