Banyan Thorns - Stones of The Hollow

Lay the shard of Obsidian down, at the crown of the grave, the Hollow’s gate is found. Mirror of decay, cut illusions away, truth of the shadow leads the spirit astray. Place the black Onyx at the feet in the ground, stone of the burial, where silence is bound. Weight of the body, weight of the earth, anchoring the soul to the soil of rebirth. Spiral of Hollow, stone to stone, path of decay where all must go. Death is soil, and soil is seed, the Hollow takes, the Hollow feeds. Set the stone of Jet in the mourner’s hand, to drink up the grief like rivers through sand. Silent absorber of sorrow and pain, carried to the Hollow so none shall remain. At the feet place Smoky Quartz like a mist, threshold of shadow where the dead are kissed. Stone of the liminal, dusk-colored veil, guides the spirit softly down the burial trail. Spiral of Hollow, stone to stone, path of decay where all must go. Death is soil, and soil is seed, the Hollow takes, the Hollow feeds. Lay Bloodstone red on the chest of the dead, blood into soil where the body is fed. Marrow to seed, flesh to the ground, truth of mortality circles around. Press a deep Garnet close to the heart, ember still burning as spirit departs. The last glowing coal, the fire’s red hymn, to carry the soul through the Hollow within. Spiral of Hollow, stone to stone, path of decay where all must go. Death is soil, and soil is seed, the Hollow takes, the Hollow feeds. Place Amethyst high at the crown of the head, to clear away fear, to soften the dread. Purple of twilight, stone of the dream, opening the passage where death’s rivers stream. Set Labradorite flashing by the side, lantern of shadows where spirits must ride. Aurora in darkness, a flicker, a flame, guiding the lost as the Hollow calls name. In the folded hands lay Black Moonstone, waxing and waning, the grave is a throne. Cycles unending, the shadow, the gleam, death only pauses the life that still dreams. Spiral of Hollow, stone to stone, path of decay where all must go. Death is soil, and soil is seed, the Hollow takes, the Hollow feeds. Scatter Shungite ashes beneath the bier, carbon to carbon, dissolution is here. Ancient and primal, black dust of the flame, ashes return to the root whence they came. At the spiral’s core place Moss Agate green, stone of renewal, where rot has been. Roots from the Hollow, sprouts from the dead, life takes the soil where sorrow has bled. Now the stones lie in their rightful place, marking the spiral, the Hollow’s face. From shadow to ash, from grief to green, the cycle eternal, unseen yet seen. The grave is a garden, the root is the way, the stones are the voices of Hollow decay.
