[Verse] Snowy dreamed of rails and trains Told them all but called insane Laughed at by the kids till dusk Snowy never lost her trust [Verse 2] Years went by her spirit drained Friends around her still remained Thought she'd ditch her lifelong quest But lucky stars make her blessed [Chorus] North Wester Missouri rise From her dreams to their skies Tracks of hope line up the plains Snowy breathes in freedom's gains [Verse 3] Iron engines puff and gleam Voices echoed from a dream Support from hearts that never yield Rails have grown from snowy fields [Bridge] They said no but now she shows Dreams take flight when belief grows Through the fields and pastures wide Snowy soars with friends by side [Chorus] North Wester Missouri rise From her dreams to their skies Tracks of hope line up the plains Snowy breathes in freedom's gains
